Idlewood House is a refurbished 1948 home located within walking distance of Downtown Greensboro NC. Hardwood and tile (and one mural) floor in the walk-up attic. Three bedrooms, two baths. The base rental price for 6-12 month lease $2500-$2000. Washer and Dryer, water, trash and yard maintenance provided by the owner who lives next door. A minimum credit score of 650 and a background screening are required. Renters must also carry and share proof of renter's insurance that covers their own belongings and self. The rental rate is based on the length of stay. Respectful pet owners are welcome, and a non-refundable fee of $100 per pet, max two pets. Cats by request only.
