In order to confirm eligibility, submit the following with OTP: 2023 W2, 2022 and 2023 Tax returns, 60 days Banks Statements, paystubs and Preapproval Letter. Additionally, Buyer will receive Special Warranty Deed as the property must be owner occupied. Buyer must be at 80% or below Area Median Income (see attached chart)
