Sale will be by 10 business day upset process with multiple chances to bid. All bids will be submitted by email and a contract prepared after bid closing and preliminary acceptance of the bid by NC DOT. 10 day period will begin with submission of the first offer (bid). All bidders must complete Standard Form 610 prior to bidding indicating acceptance of 10% Auction Premium. Form is available from Listing Agent.
